Zero tolerance to violence

The practice operates a zero tolerance policy towards violence.

The practice will request the removal from the practice list any patient who is aggressive, threatening, verbally or racially abusive to any member of staff or towards another patient.  Intentional damage or vandalism to our property will also result in removal from the practice list.

All instances of actual physical abuse by a patient or their relative will be reported to the police as an assault.
